Day wise tour Plan
Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati | Orientation and Welcoming Session |  Overnight at Guwahati
Welcoming and orientation session.Cycle distribution and fitting.
Welcoming ethnic dinner.
1600 hrs: Reporting and orientation at the hotel
Stay in a deluxe hotel in Guwahati.

Day 2: Flag Off | Ride 1 | Guwahati – Chandubi |  Overnight at  Chandubi
Ride Distance: 60 km
Highlights:
Ride through Rabha tribal countryside, waterfall, ride to Meghalaya border, beautiful landscape, and teak forest patch.
Riverside walk and waterfall.
Lakeside camping at Chandubi. Bonfire and dinner

Day 3: Ride 2 | Century Ride* | Chandubi - Bamunigaon - Dudhnoi - Abhayapuri |  Overnight at  Abhayapuri
Ride Distance: 45 + 55 km, Drive: 70 km
Highlights:
Ride to Bamunigaon through Kulshi Reserve Forest. If you wish to attempt a century ride, then ride further to Dudhnoi. Lunch in a tribal village hosted by the Garo community.
Rest and leisure time by the Manda River.
Walk and cross the last bridge over the Brahmaputra River, the 4 km long Naranarayan Setu.
Aligning the walk with the sunset time will add charm to this walk.
Bonfire and dinner.
Stay in an eco-resort.

Day 4: Ride 3 | Wildlife-Theme Day | Forest Hike & Jeep Safari | Abhayapuri - Kakoijana - Manas National Park | Overnight at Manas
Forest Hike: 4 km / Drive: 45 km.Jeep Safari: 3 hrs
Highlights:
Tribal breakfast at Kakoijana Forest. Forest walk to spot the endemic golden langur.
Afternoon jeep safari at Manas National Park.
Stay in a cottage at a wildlife resort in Manas 

Day 5: Ride 4 | Closing Ride to Bhutan Gate | Closing Ceremony | Overnight at Manas
Ride Distance: 45 km + 40 km optional ride back / Drive: 40 km
Highlights:
Ride alongside Manas National Park.
Ride through the Bodoland countryside.
Ride through the Eastern Manas forest to Bhutan Gate.
Riverside lunch and leisure.
Closing ceremony, certification, bonfire, and dinner.
Stay in a cottage at a wildlife resort in Manas.



Day 6: Transfers | Manas - Guwahati Airport | Tour End
Drive: 150 km


Post-breakfast transfers by vehicle to Guwahati Airport.
Drop by 1100 hrs. Tour ends.

It will be an intensive 3-day training camp ( May 16th to May 18th)  under the guidance of the Tri Coach Omkar Jokar and their whole team of experts. 

Open water swim camp will be led by Coach Pratik Jawdekar.

A training camp where you can concentrate purely on your triathlon performance away from the distractions of everyday life can lead to huge improvements. With your schedule, facilities and accommodation organised for you, you’ll be able to focus on your training and fully enjoy a well-deserved break.
The camp offers an opportunity for all enrolled participants to follow the Ironman Goa route while engaging in swimming, cycling, and running. Additionally, the itinerary promises a dynamic schedule filled with valuable technical insights from our coach, constructive feedback on skills, and hands-on sea swimming sessions, among other activities..
This is a great opportunity to experience a tri life and gain excellent insights & pro tips from ABCD Multisports. We will have some open forums where you can test the coaches’ knowledge and experience. Also, it's a golden opportunity for everyone who has registered for the Ironman goa race to get a complete understanding of the route and get a race done on the same route.
It is possible to bring your partner or family, even if they don't want to participate in the camp itself, but just enjoy a nice vacation in Goa. (Extra charges for accommodation only)
